It is our goal to provide complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are requesting a return for an item that you purchased, your claim must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must email CustomerService@millineryshop.net to receive a return authorization. Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges (both items in the exchange) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure that you return the product via a trackable method. When returning, include a copy of your invoice along with your order number and return authorization number in your package. Returns should be sent in their original packaging to the address below.
